Members of the 'Capybaras Nordelta We Are Your Voice' group and neighbors had been since Sunday night in the Silvestre neighborhood, at the southern entrance to Nordelta, to prevent the relocation of the animals, who for days have been suffering from the placement of nets to facilitate the operation. 'They want to evict the capybaras that inhabit Nordelta. Flora and Fauna of the Province of Buenos Aires, instead of protecting, what they did this week was to set two trap cages to catch them and move them, rip them from their home just like that,' exposed the group. In this context, according to what Argentine News Agency learned, it was reported that on Monday the Justice authorized, by a first-instance ruling, that the procedures be carried out, despite the precautionary measure and appeal. For the moment, it is unknown how the authorities' action is progressing, which has already entered various neighborhoods to carry out the relocation of the male capybaras, leaving the pregnant females and their young.
